Demo Reel Advice at Skwigly

Last week I was interviewed at Skwigly, the online animation magazine, with my top 12 tips on how to make a great animation Demo Reel.

 "What should go in my demo reel?" is one of the most common questions asked by students.

Reel Talk Live tonight 12 Sept

Of course, the answer is simple: "your best work". But, in the real world it's usually not quite as easy as that. After all, the devil is always in the detail.

For any of our students who are in the London area today, don't forget to sign up for this free event: Reel Talk Live - at Escape Studios, tonight, 12th September at 6.30pm.

The event is hosted by Escape Studios in central London, and is an opportunity to meet working professionals in the industry talk about what should - and should not - go in a great demo reel.

It's also a chance to network and meet other folks working in our industry. And, of course, the event is free.

They even throw in free beer and pizza.
