Bucks Animation Students Invited To Free Harry Potter Studio Tour on May 13th

We're excited to announce that Bucks animation & VFX students will be taking the Harry Potter Studio Tour at Leavesden on May 13th! Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden is a 80-hectare studio complex in Hertfordshire and a major film and media complex, used for filming the Harry Potter series of films. Obviously, this trip is purely about helping our students to learn about animation and visual effects, and has nothing to do with wanting to have fun at a movie theme park. We'll be working really hard, I promise.

Best of all, we've secured funding from the Bucks Big Deal to pay for the tickets, which means the trip is completely free for all our students. And we'll even book a mini bus to take everyone along, so all you have to do is show up at Uni as per usual. Details of the trip will follow soon, but for now - make sure to clear your diaries for May 13th. This will be a department-wide trip, so it will also be a great opportunity to get to know some of your fellow students in different years.
Funding provided by the Bucks Big Deal

Any animation and VFX students who would like to go on this trip (which will involve lots and lots of very hard work) should sign up by emailing stephen.partridge@bucks.ac.uk

See you on May 13th!
