Student Loans for Animation Master's Degree

The UK Government's student loan system for postgraduate master's degrees is now well established.  These low interest loans now provide students in the UK with access to postgraduate university courses - including our Online MA in 3D Animation.

This is very good news indeed for prospective students who would like to go on to do post-graduate study with us, who can borrow up to £10,906, if the course starts on or after 1 August 2019.  So, how does the system actually work?

Government help is available
Government funded loans
The government-backed loans, worth up to £10,906 this year, were first made available from 2016-17. They now benefit not just undergraduate students but also students seeking to study at post-graduate level. Since our MA in 3D Animation costs £7,200, the loan system is more than enough to cover the cost of studying.

Animation is a qualifying subject
The Government loans are offered in any master's subject, including animation.

Age restrictions
Loans are available to students under 60 on the first day of the first academic year of your course.

British/Live in the UK
You need to be based in the UK to qualify. But see the official page for details on who exactly qualifies.

Loan, not Grant
The loans must ultimately be repaid, concurrently with any undergraduate loans.
