Our animation students at Bucks are not just technicians, they are creators, brainstorming new ideas and concepts in animation, searching for the next Peppa Pig or Charlie and Lola. But you can't do it alone - animation is a team sport. A successful TV series needs co-producers, financing, broadcasters and new media partners. And where do you find those? Well, Cartoon Forum is where.
What is Cartoon Forum?
Cartoon Forum is Europe's biggest TV pitch-fest for animation. If you have a project in your head that you would like to submit to producers, business angels and broadcasters, Cartoon Forum is the place to be. It is a European pitching and co-pro event for TV animation
Who shows up?
Everyone. Cartoon Forum has 800 participants from 35 countries, including 250 buyers, and features unique networking opportunities.
Does it work?
Yes. 594 TV series have been financed for a budget of 2 billion EUR since its creation in 1990.
When does it take place?
15-18 Sept 2015, Toulouse
What is the deadline?
Submit your project by 13 May and you will get a chance to pitch it at the next Cartoon Forum in front of 800 animation professionals.
