"Journey of Life" Wins "Best Micro Short" Award

Many congratulations to BNU student Robin Herrmann whose short film "Journey of Life" has won award for Best Micro Short at Dreamachine International Film Festival.

"Journey of Life" was written, produced and directed by Robin, currently studying for his MA in 3D Animation at Buckinghamshire New University.

"Mouse: Impossible" Wins "Best Super Short"

Congratulations to BNU animation student Robin Herrmann, whose short film "Mouse: Impossible" has won "Best Super Short Film" at the London Movie Awards.

"Mouse: Impossible" was written, produced and directed by Robin, currently studying for his MA in 3D Animation at Bucks.   

"Mouse: Impossible"  was completed during the course of Robin's studies at BNU; this is the film's fourth festival award.

"Artifact" is a short film created by BNU animation student Kristis Bandzevicius.   "Artifact" was written, produced and directed by Kristis, studying for his MA in 3D Animation at BNU.   This is the film's sixth festival award.

BNU Short "Best No Budget" at Dreamer's Fest

"What is Wrong...?" Wins Best No Budget at Dreamer's Fest
Congratulations to the makers of the short film "What is Wrong With The Global Development Organisation?" which has won "Best No Budget" film at the Dreamer's Film Festival.

Directed by BNU animation graduate Monika Dzikowicz and animated by BNU graduates, the two minute micro-documentary tells the story of an aid organisation which has lost sight of its founding principles.

Charlie & Yip Wins "Best Trailer"

I'm pleased to announce that my short film "Charlie and Yip" has won another festival award - Best Trailer at the Fantastic Film Indie Film Festival of Los Angeles.

Charlie and Yip is a short film about a kid who takes his pet to school for Show and Tell, which turns out to be a bad idea.

The short is really a teaser/trailer for my indie feature film project "My Haunted House", which is still in development.

"Flame" Best Director at Prague Festival

"Best Director" - Super Short Film
Many congratulations to BNU animation graduate Amedeo Beretta  whose short film "Flame" has won Best Director - Super Short Film at the Prague Film Festival.

"Flame" has won multiple awards in recent months, including Best Animation at the LISFFBest Editor at the "We Make Films Festival" in London and a Five-Star Award at the British International Amateur Film Festival.  Flame was executive produced by BNU graduate Amedeo Beretta.
